Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
1.1. “Company”, “We”, “Us” means The Super Cleaners LTD.
1.2. “Client” means the person, firm or organisation requesting services.
1.3. “Service” means cleaning services provided, including End of Tenancy, Deep Cleaning, Move In/Out, etc.
1.4. “Cleaning Visit” means the scheduled cleaning appointment.
2. Contract
2.1. Use of the Company’s services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.2. Variations must be agreed in writing by a director of the Company.
3. Quotations and Charges
3.1. A flat booking fee of £100.00 per booking applies (exclusive of VAT).
3.2. For bookings over £1000.00, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking (exclusive of VAT).
3.3. Prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be charged at the applicable rate.
3.4. Additional services such as oven cleaning, external windows, carpet cleaning, and specialist services are priced separately.
3.5. All quotations are based on information provided by the Client.
3.6. If the actual condition or requirements of the property differ significantly from the original description, and the final quote exceeds the initial estimate by more than 10%, the Client will be informed before work begins. If the Client chooses not to proceed with the updated price, a £100.00 cancellation fee will apply, or the deposit will be non-refundable.
4. VAT
4.1. The Company is VAT registered. VAT will be added to all quotes and invoices at the prevailing rate.
4.2. VAT registration number is available upon request.
5. Payment
5.1. Full payment including VAT is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer.

5.4. Late payments incur a £100.00 late fee + VAT, and interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate after 30 days.
5.5. Returned cheque fee: £30.00 + VAT.
5.6. Administrative fee for referral to collections: £40.00 + VAT.
5.7. The Company may charge the Client’s card for outstanding balances.
6. Access and Utilities
6.1. The Client must provide access to water, electricity, and lighting at the premises during the service time.
6.2. If access is not possible, full service charges still apply.
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1. You can cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service without any charge.
7.2. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you’ll be charged the full service amount.
7.3. If our team arrives and cannot access the property due to reasons such as no one being home or incorrect key/code, this will be treated as a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, and the full service amount will still apply.
7.4. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to help — just give us at least 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll rearrange your booking free of charge. However, if rescheduling is not possible due to availability or scheduling conflicts, you will be required to pay a new, non-refundable deposit to confirm a new booking.
7.5. If you cancel more than 24 hours after booking, your deposit is non-refundable.
8. Liability
8.1. The Company is not liable for damage due to pre-existing conditions or improper installation.
8.2. Liability is capped at £50.00 for any loss or damage caused by the Company.
8.3. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
9. Complaints and Guarantee
9.1. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 24 hours after the service.
9.2. We guarantee to re-clean disputed areas within 7 days, subject to inspection and approval.
10. Insurance
10.1. The Company has public liability insurance. Details are available upon request.
10.2. Insurance covers accidental damage caused by our staff, subject to standard terms.
11. Key Holding
11.1. If keys are provided, the Company will take all reasonable measures to keep them secure.
11.2. Keys will be returned upon written request from the Client.
12. Equipment
12.1. The Company provides its own cleaning materials and equipment unless agreed otherwise.
12.2. If the Client supplies equipment or materials, they must be safe and in working condition.
13. Staff
13.1. Clients may not solicit or employ staff introduced by the Company without prior agreement.
13.2. Breaching this clause incurs a recruitment fee of £1000.00.
14. Health & Safety
14.1. The Client agrees to ensure a safe working environment.
14.2. The Company complies with all applicable health and safety laws and policies.
15. Referral Credit & Review Discount
15.1. Clients who refer a new customer will receive 10% off their total bill once the referred customer has completed and paid for a service.
15.2. Clients who leave a review on a public platform (Google, Trustpilot, etc.) will receive 10% off their next booking. Proof of review must be submitted.
16. Governing Law
16.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
16.2. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
